Micro-Consulting Sessions

So often, leaders lose momentum over relatively small knowledge gaps or roadblocks. And almost as often, they’re hesitant to reach out to a consultant with the knowledge they seek because they don’t want to give the impression that they’re looking for a larger project or engagement, or ask for free guidance.

Our Micro-Consulting Sessions were designed with these needs in mind. Whether you have a few quick questions, or need a bit more time to explore, it’s fast and easy to block out some time for a consult. Within just a few days, your questions will be answered, and you’ll be on your way!

Time Increments

Below you’ll find two sets of Calendly links: One for for Established Clients and another set for new clients, called Initial Engagements. Use these links to book time in any combination of 15, 30, and 60 minute blocks.

You’ll receive an Outlook meeting invitation, along with video meeting details. That’s it! No invoice to process later – so you’re free and clear to focus on what’s next.
